What are Webinars?
The word webinar comes from the words "web" and "seminar". A webinar is a seminar that is held online in a "live" and interactive way.
What are the positive aspects of a webinar?
Regardless of where you live, you can conveniently watch these presentations from the comfort of your own home, saving time that you would spend on traveling that you can invest in other activities.
How to I register for a webinar?
Under the WEBINAR LIVE tab, you get an overview of all the future webinars. Each webinar is described in detail, and you can choose the ones you wish to partake it, filling out and sending the online registration form.
Where do I find the presentation when the webinar begins?
After you register for the webinar, you will receive a personal link to gain access to the live webinar. This link can only be used by one person, so if you share the link with a friend, you run the risk of being kicked out of the webinar once your friend logins.
I clicked on the link, but can't see a presentation
Thirty minutes prior to the webinar starting, the link will become active, but the webinar does not begin until exactly on the dot.
What do I see/hear during a webinar?
During the webinar, you will see the powerpoint presentation created by the presenter, and hear him/her give the lecture based on this presentation.
Can I ask the presenter questions?
During the webinar, you can utilize the "chat" or the "question" function in order to ask questions. The host will then filter through the questions the listeners have and ask the presenter. This is done in order to prevent questions that are asked twice, or questions that pertain to the technical side of the webinar.
Can I see the presenter?
Due to technical reasons, we have decided against live camera streaming because we want all of the listeners, including those with a slower internet speed, to be able to enjoy and listen to our webinars.
Can the participants of the webinar see and/or hear me?
No, your camera and microphone are muted by the moderator during the webinar.

Can I participate in webinars using my iPad or iPhone?
Yes, the software we use for our webinars is called GoToWebinar or GoToMeeting, and both are available in the app store.
Can I watch a webinar, even if I can't make it to the live appointment?
Yes, our webinars are all recording and placed in the archives a week after they went live.
